1. Eligibility and Age Requirement

1.1 The phl777 platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phl777, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

1.2 By registering an account on phl777, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in clause 1.1. phl777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

1.3 If phl777 determines that a player has misrepresented their age or eligibility, phl777 reserves the right to void all bets placed, forfeit all winnings, and close the account immediately. Any deposits made by an ineligible player will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any applicable processing fees.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 To access the full features of phl777, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

2.2 Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) phl777 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. phl777 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

2.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phl777 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. phl777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

2.4 You must notify phl777 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of security. phl777 may suspend your account as a precautionary measure pending investigation.

2.5 Account verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is required before withdrawals can be processed. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. phl777 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 All financial transactions on phl777 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards issued by Philippine banks.

3.2 phl777 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

3.3 The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing thresholds are displayed in your account wallet section and may be updated from time to time.

3.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. phl777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers, subject to verification requirements.

3.5 phl777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation, where required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Processing of such withdrawals may be delayed pending satisfactory completion of due diligence.

3.6 Funds deposited into your phl777 account are held in a segregated player funds account and are not used for operational purposes. In the event of phl777 ceasing operations, player funds will be returned to verified account holders.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 phl777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.

4.2 Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. 4.5 Players who have opted into self-exclusion or cooling-off periods are not eligible to receive or claim bonuses during the exclusion period.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

5.1 All games available on phl777 are provided by certified third-party game suppliers whose random number generator (RNG) systems are independently audited for fairness and compliance with applicable standards. The published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate as provided by the respective game supplier.

5.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phl777 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and the wagered amount returned to the player's account. phl777's decision in such matters is final.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 phl777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's financial institution;
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion or account closure;
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

7.2 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, phl777 will endeavor to complete its investigation within thirty (30) calendar days. During this period, the player's funds will be held and no withdrawals will be processed. If the investigation concludes in the player's favor, the account will be reinstated and any pending withdrawals processed promptly.

7.3 A player may request voluntary closure of their phl777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's verified payment method within five (5) business days, provided no outstanding investigations or disputes are pending.

7.4 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, phl777 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account, including deposits and winnings, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 phl777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings at any time.

8.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt. A self-excluded player may not access the phl777 platform for a minimum period of six (6) months. During the self-exclusion period, phl777 will take reasonable steps to prevent the player from opening a new account. Any balance remaining at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

8.3 phl777 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. If phl777 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phl777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the phl777 platform — including but not limited to the phl777 name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of phl777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phl777 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of phl777.

10.3 Any unauthorized use of phl777's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

12.4 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and phl777 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.5 phl777's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
